Yes, automated equipment can make each person’s time more productive. These tools can reduce repetitive labor by controlling or assisting with steps such as:

• Cutting
• Rolling
• Tube handling
• Stacking
• Net placement
• Staking

Automation can make a workflow steadier, reduce physical repetition, and make it possible to complete more work during narrow harvesting windows.

The BN-1720 Field Net Installer is the most efficient way to lay field netting. The BN-1720 pulls behind your tractor to lay field net and stake it as you go, saving you tons of man hours on planting days.

The Sas 300 Automatic Field Net Staker can be attached to your BN-1720 for a fully integrated process, or can be operated standalone behind a side-by-side or ATV. Our automatic stakers drop evenly spaced wooden stakes to anchor your field netting into the ground.

For growers working with tender turf or large production areas, these machines help crews cover more ground efficiently, so they can direct labor toward other field tasks.

Quality equipment construction helps protect productivity, reduces avoidable interruptions, and gives an owner more useful life from a machine.

Magnum ENP has manufactured equipment in the United States since the family-owned company began in 1989, drawing on experience from working on a sod farm.

That background keeps design decisions connected to real harvesting and installation demands.

When equipment is built by a team that understands how it will be used, maintained, and repaired, owners gain clearer support and a more dependable path for keeping the machine productive over time.

At Magnum ENP, our relationship with you continues after equipment delivery. Customers can access:

• Phone support (from real Magnum ENP personnel)
• On-farm technician visits
• Parts and operator manuals
• Service videos
• Published service updates

Our parts team can confirm part numbers and shipping options, with most in-stock parts orders shipping the same day when placed before carrier pickup. This support helps you troubleshoot faster, plan maintenance more confidently, and limit downtime during busy seasons.

The right big roll sod farming equipment can help an operation:

• Increase output
• Serve larger projects
• Reduce repetitive work
• Use its existing crew more efficiently

After building out a high-quality machinery lineup:

• A grower may harvest more consistently or handle larger orders.
• An installer may complete fields faster with fewer seams and less hand placement.
• Field preparation labor needs drop as netting and staking machines reduce repetitive tasks.

Operational growth still depends on strategic planning, proactive maintenance, demand presence, and skilled operators, but dependable big roll equipment can remove bottlenecks that limit capacity. Magnum ENP helps customers choose machines that fit their scale today while giving space for the direction they want the business to grow next.

Before requesting pricing, gather information about your:

• Acreage
• Crop type
• Annual production
• Crew size
• Available tractors
• Current equipment
• Tasks you want to improve

For installation equipment, consider:

• Average project size
• Terrain
• Access
• Transport needs
• Need for Attachments (roller, grader bar, forks etc)

For automation, identify which repeated steps consume the most labor or slow down production the most.

Sharing these details helps your Magnum representative recommend a configuration that fits the operation rather than offering a one-size-fits-all answer. A clear picture of your workflow also makes it easier to compare the long-term value of different sod farming equipment options.
